We know that each person seeks a unique outcome from counselling, and this can never be guaranteed.  At Jericho Counselling, we do want all of our clients to be happy with the level of service we provide.  If we somehow disappoint in our service delivery, your money will be cheerfully refunded.

Our Complimentary Consultation is part of our Happiness Guarantee. We invite you to come in and meet a counsellor (for no charge) to ensure that you feel comfortable with the therapist you choose. When you attend your first paid counselling session, you should already have a good sense that the person you have chosen will be helpful to you.

This Happiness Guarantee in no way implies that we will solve all of our clients’ problems.  This Happiness Guarantee does not imply a specific outcome of the counselling process.  This Happiness Guarantee does not imply an elevated mood will result from counselling sessions.
